Advices:
Register for your flight online. That way, the possibilities of sitting in your desired seat will increase manifold.
Tell the airport at check-in which seat you want if you have not checked in online. Arrive at the airport early.
Do not fly during busy periods: morning and evening, Friday and Sunday.
If you have an uncomfortable seat, you can take any available seat after the last passenger has entered the cabin.
